This Privacy Policy explains what information Younes Hospitality Inc. ("Younes Hospitality," "we," "us") collects through www.younes.com and our Staff Text Alerts program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Younes Hospitality Inc. operates hotels in Kearney, Nebraska and surrounding areas.

2. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, for example through a website form or by email: name, email address, phone number, and the hotel you work at.
- For Staff Text Alerts: your mobile phone number, your name and hotel, and your consent record (the date, time and method you opted in).
- Text messages you send to our alert numbers, and delivery records for the messages we send (date, time, delivery status).
- Basic website data collected automatically by our website host, such as browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use information
- To send the operational text alerts you signed up for (for example room counts, alarms and building alerts).
- To respond to your replies, including HELP and STOP.
- To keep a record of your consent.
- To respond to questions and run our hotels and website.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us (our SMS providers, Twilio and Microsoft Azure Communication Services). Those providers may use the data only to send and deliver our messages.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to +1 (855) 629-5971 or +1 (855) 260-2741. Reply HELP for help, or contact dan.younes@younes.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Signing up is not a condition of employment.
5. How we share information
We share information only:
- with service providers that help us run our website and messaging (for example our website host and SMS providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- when required by law, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff or property.
6. How long we keep information
- Your mobile number is removed from our text list when you reply STOP or leave Younes Hospitality.
- Consent records are kept for 4 years after you opt out, so we can show that consent was given.
- Message delivery records are kept for up to 2 years.
7. How we protect information
Information is stored in password-protected systems that only authorized Younes Hospitality staff can use, and it travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing dan.younes@younes.com or calling 308-234-1516. We will reply within 30 days. To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time.
9. Children
Our website and text alerts are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
